Kathy is amazing. Being 68 and 69 years old, my husband and I have have bought and sold a number of houses in our time. And we have a reputation of finding the best people and companies to work with. But I have to say, none of our realtors has been as competent and customer oriented or on top of every detail as Kathy Baldauf. Not only does she cover absolutely every detail of assessing, staging, contracting (legal review and all) and everything involved in selling a home, she goes over and above the call of duty. She wanted to take some things off our hands such as selling some of our furniture we didn't want to move. Because she is so well-networked in Arizona, she was able to do extra things like this quickly and seamlessly!The first house we bought from her was a perfect fit and we had to do a lot of it remotely because we were in Chicago at the time. My family and I engaged with Kathleen during the pandemic when we decided to move from San Francisco to Tucson to be close to our family. Our initial decision surely was a challenging one as we were not able to travel due to restrictions and we also have a 12 month old daughter thus keeping safe and healthy is surely top of mind in this entire effort.Kathleen was referred to us and we quickly engaged with her to see if she could help us. Kathy is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have bought a house with and her and sold that same house with her. My experience buying the house with her was so good that I didn’t even consider using anyone else when I sold the house. I actually don’t live in Tucson, I live in Massachusetts. It is hard buying a house when you are in the area to buy and sell ~ 3,000 miles away is stressful. Not if you work with Kathy – she goes above and beyond to make your experience stress free. My daughter graduated from the U of A and once she moved out Kathy “moved in” – facilitating the house cleaning, a pre-inspection, getting the right people into fix what we found and staging the home.
